Job Description
Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to manage employee benefits programs and provide support for health, wellness, and retirement plans. This role focuses on benefits administration, employee support, data accuracy, vendor coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration & Employee Support
- Serve as the main contact for employee benefits questions.
- Manage medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, and retirement benefits.
- Process new hire enrollments, employee changes, and terminations.
- Support annual open enrollment activities.
- Maintain benefits information in HR systems.
- Ensure 401(k) updates are accurately reflected in payroll.
Billing & Data Management
- Reconcile monthly insurance carrier invoices.
- Verify enrollment data accuracy across HR, payroll, and benefits systems.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and employee benefit issues.
- Support retirement plan reporting and data audits.
Vendor & Leave Management
- Work with insurance carriers, brokers, and benefits vendors.
- Assist with leave of absence and disability benefits administration.
- Manage benefit changes during employee leave periods.
- Ensure compliance with COBRA and coverage continuation requirements.
Wellness Programs
- Support employee wellness initiatives and campaigns.
- Track participation and program results.
- Manage wellness communications and rewards.
- Participate in wellness committee activities.
Compliance
- Support compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, and retirement plan regulations.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and required employee notices.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Requirements
✅ 2–3 years of benefits administration experience
✅ Experience supporting employee benefit programs
✅ Knowledge of benefits billing reconciliation and enrollment audits
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Excellent customer service and communication abilities
✅ Experience with HRIS and benefits management systems
✅ Strong Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Experience supporting multi-state or international employees is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Starting Salary: $55,000+ (based on experience)
