S-PRO is a digital innovation and software engineering company that delivers technology solutions for businesses in industries such as Finance, Renewable Energy, and Healthcare. The company specializes in AI, Blockchain, and Data Science, with a global team of over 200 professionals.

S-PRO is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with pre-sales experience to help understand client needs, prepare tailored solutions, and support the sales and development process.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with clients and internal teams to understand business needs
  2. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
  3. Convert business requirements into solution ideas, feature lists, and project scopes
  4. Prepare presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documents
  5. Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure project feasibility
  6. Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications and diagrams
  7. Manage stakeholder communication and resolve requirement conflicts
  8. Support the creation of Proof of Concepts (PoC) and prototypes when needed
  9. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  2. Experience with pre-sales activities and client communication
  3. Good understanding of software development processes and delivery methods such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
  4. Experience working with enterprise clients, especially in Finance or Healthcare domains
  5. Ability to gather and analyze requirements and define project scope
  6. Understanding of APIs, cloud solutions, and software architecture is a plus
  7. Experience using tools like BPMN, UML, Figma, or Miro
  8. Good skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
  9. Ability to estimate project timelines, costs, and resources

  1. Strong communication and presentation skills
  2. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  3. Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  5. English level: B2 or higher
