Director of Homeschool Marketing

Our client, a leading homeschool curriculum and literacy education company, is seeking a Director of Homeschool Marketing to lead growth, brand strategy, and customer acquisition across the homeschool market. This leadership role will oversee full-funnel marketing, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the overall homeschool marketing strategy.
2. Manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance goals.
3. Lead brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy.
4. Drive growth across:
5. Email marketing and automation
6. Organic and paid social media
7. Search, display, and retargeting campaigns
8. Affiliate, influencer, and partnership programs
9. Events and community engagement
10. Expand affiliate and strategic partnership networks.
11. Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
12. Foster a data-driven culture of testing and optimization.
13. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. 7+ years of DTC marketing experience.
3. Strong understanding of the homeschool education market.
4. Proven success growing eCommerce revenue through multi-channel marketing.
5. Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
6. Expertise in affiliate and partnership marketing.
7. Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.

Technical Skills

1. HubSpot (required)
2. WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms
3. WordPress CMS
4. AI-powered marketing tools (Copilot, Liminal, etc.)

Compensation

$130,000 – $140,000 base salary plus bonus potential.
