General Manager - Product

Nuix is looking for a General Manager – Product to lead its product strategy, roadmap, and product management team. This senior leadership role will help shape the company's next-generation platform and data solutions while working closely with engineering, technology, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute the long-term product strategy.
2. Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
3. Build and manage the product roadmap based on customer and market needs.
4. Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and retirement.
5. Drive platform modernization, scalability, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
6. Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Sales, and Marketing teams.
7. Engage with enterprise customers and industry partners.
8. Track product performance metrics and business outcomes.
9. Support pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies.

Requirements

✅ 15+ years of Product Management experience

✅ 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, Head of Product, GM, etc.)

✅ Experience with SaaS, PaaS, Big Data, Analytics, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software products

✅ Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and data-driven products

✅ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

✅ Experience managing large product teams and product roadmaps

✅ Strong commercial and business strategy understanding

Preferred Qualifications

1. Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
2. Experience leading a transition from legacy software to SaaS platforms
3. Background in enterprise software and data analytics products
