Job Description
Our tech client is looking for a Marketing Analytics & Insights Developer to build dashboards, analyze marketing data, and provide insights that help drive business growth. You'll work closely with marketing teams to create reporting solutions and turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop marketing dashboards and reports.
- Create dashboard wireframes and reporting solutions.
- Build and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards and stories.
- Analyze marketing performance and identify trends.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and report quality.
- Work with data engineers to improve data warehouse performance.
- Develop KPI definitions, data catalogs, and user documentation.
- Present insights and explain technical concepts to business users.
- Support troubleshooting, testing, and incident management.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
✅ Strong experience with:
- SQL
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Tableau
✅ Knowledge of:
- Marketing analytics and reporting
- Customer journey analysis
- Demand funnel and attribution models
- Relational databases
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to simplify complex data into business insights
✅ Experience training users on reports and dashboards
