These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 11-03-2025. By accessing or using Muzazco.com, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Muzazco is Pakistan’s first freelancer-to-freelancer ecosystem, designed to connect freelancers directly for collaboration, skill growth, service exchange, project sharing, portfolio building, and digital product sales.
Users must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm all information provided is accurate. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Each user may create a portfolio to showcase skills, past work, testimonials, pricing, and social links. Users are solely responsible for the content they post. Muzazco may remove content violating these Terms.
Freelancers can offer services, share projects, or collaborate. All arrangements are solely between users. Muzazco is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from user interactions.
Freelancers may sell digital products like templates, e-books, code snippets, and design assets. Muzazco takes a small commission on sales. Users must ensure products do not infringe third-party rights or contain illegal content.
Users may not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content, attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, harass or discriminate, or violate any applicable laws.
All transactions must comply with Muzazco’s payment policies. Commissions are collected where applicable. Refunds, cancellations, or disputes are handled between users; Muzazco may mediate but is not liable.
Users retain ownership of their work but grant Muzazco a limited license to display and promote it. Uploading content that infringes on third-party rights is prohibited.
Muzazco may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse. Users may close their accounts at any time; however, existing transactions remain binding.
Muzazco is a platform provider and facilitator. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Users use the platform at their own risk.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Muzazco, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Muzazco may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
