When Muzazco purchases a course from a freelancer, the transaction is a full content license and ownership transfer to Muzazco as the platform operator. This means:
For freelancers
- You receive an agreed one-time payment from Muzazco admin
- You deliver final course materials (videos, files, structure)
- You cannot resell the same course elsewhere after a full buyout unless agreed in writing
For Muzazco
- Full ownership and usage rights of the purchased course
- Freedom to publish in Learning, bundles, or promotions
- Right to edit, rebrand, or combine content across the platform
