We are currently seeking a visionary Senior Director of Content & Strategy to build the future of immersive player experiences.
In this role, you will lead our global team from our Las Vegas hub. You will be responsible for shaping the roadmap of mobile and web casino games that reach millions of players worldwide.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a leader at IGT, you will blend market insights with creative design. Your primary goal is to deliver a content strategy that meets both customer needs and market demands.
- Roadmap Development: You will create and maintain a comprehensive game roadmap for slots, table games, and digital-first titles.
- Team Leadership: You will lead a global team of eight content managers and data analysts.
- Customer Collaboration: You will work directly with clients to build tailored content strategies for specific global markets.
- Data-Driven Strategy: You must use analytics and market intelligence to prioritize high-impact releases.
- Capacity Management: You will balance production speed with market demand to ensure timely game launches.
What We Are Looking For
We need a strategic expert who understands the competitive iGaming landscape. To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
- iGaming Expertise: At least 10 years of experience specifically within the iGaming industry.
- Leadership Track Record: 10–15 years of experience in leadership and content strategy roles.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business cases.
- Work Eligibility: You must be fully eligible to work in the United States under a local contract.
