Your Core Responsibilities
As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the “Agent Experience” at scale. You will bridge the gap between complex AI logic and intuitive user interfaces.
- Conversational Standards: You will define UX standards for agent responses, focusing on clarity, tone, and data summarization.
- Multi-Turn Interactions: You will design natural, task-oriented flows that help users complete complex self-service goals.
- Transparency Patterns: You will implement “thinking” states and progress indicators so users always understand what the AI is doing.
- Error Recovery: You will design graceful fallback and repair flows to support users when the agent reaches its limits.
- Systems Collaboration: You will partner with our Design Systems team to scale new patterns and document best practices.
- Quality Assurance: You will conduct heuristic evaluations of LLM outputs to maintain a high UX quality bar.
Who You Are
We are looking for a seasoned designer who understands the evolution of interaction design and responsible AI.
- Experienced: You have 7+ years of industry experience in UX, interaction, or conversational design.
- AI Specialist: You bring 2+ years of experience specifically building AI-powered products or agent-based experiences.
- Technical Strategist: You are proficient with Figma and modern prototyping tools like Cursor or Lovable.
- Collaborative Leader: You excel at presenting narratives to senior leadership and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Education: You hold a BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
