This is a pivotal moment for our company. We are kicking off a full-scale web architecture rebuild. Consequently, you will play a dual role: maintaining our current WordPress footprint while helping us transition to a future-proof, high-converting web experience.
Your Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the bridge between our brand’s story and our demand generation engine. You will be the “power user” of our marketing stack, ensuring every click leads to a meaningful action.
- Lead Web Updates: You will act as the primary lead for WordPress page updates and campaign landing pages.
- Drive Experimentation: You will execute A/B tests and personalization plays to maximize the value of our web traffic.
- Optimize for SEO: You will partner with our SEO Manager to implement technical recommendations and maintain organic authority during the site migration.
- Manage the Marketing Stack: You will ensure web activity is correctly tracked and attributed using Google Analytics (GA4), Marketo, and Salesforce.
- Audit & Migrate Content: You will assist in content auditing and migration tasks as we move toward a modern, headless CMS.
- Improve Conversion Rates: You will proactively identify pages with high bounce rates and launch tests to improve performance.
What We Are Looking For
We need a “builder” who is comfortable with data and excited by the ambiguity of a site migration.
- Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, web management, or growth-focused roles.
- WordPress Proficiency: You know your way around the CMS, including managing plugins and content blocks.
- Data Literacy: You are highly comfortable in Google Analytics and can turn raw numbers into actionable insights.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Tag Manager is a major advantage.
- Communication Skills: You can tactfully educate stakeholders on web best practices and keep cross-functional projects on track.
